| Global Gig Goers is a live entertainment promotions company that is run by musicians and music fans. We recently started a new podcast station on live365 and looking to do our first broadcast very soon. (no demos please). How it works with submitting music: Our members will vote to see if you are within their musical tastes. Regardless of the outcome you will be notified and arrangements will be made at that time. However, I do regret if your music is not within their taste. There is no point in us playing your music if the members do not like it...it wastes your time and ours. Each submission will be listened to and you will receive feedback....yes, feedback...normally within 1-2 weeks, giving our listeners time to absorb your tunes. If you would like to be considered, please email us with a link to your myspace or other online listening lounge. Live365 pays royalties to musicians for music broadcasters so make sure your music is registered with your national performing rights council. Once you have been chosen we will offer other promotional opportunities, including a charting on our station (meaning if you rank in the top 5, we will play your song again the following week), we will offer an opportunity to be on our compilation CD if you are one of the top bands, free promotion through the Global Gig Goers website, myspace, facebook, twitter and other networking sites. We are also in conjunction with Tranquilizer Records which will be launched on September 1, 2010, therefore the opportunities are endless. We will even be having a video station on Youtube if you are interested, please send us links to your videos and if our members like you...we will post them in our favorites for members to view.
